A Vitamin is a Vitamin - Not Livethesource

The other day I saw a post on Yahoo answers asking if anyone had tried livethesource nano encapsulated multi vitamins.

I know that there will be different opinions about the taste, price, color and even the shape of the bottle. That's ok, but there is one thing that can't be argued about and that is how well that livethesource vitamin and minerals work in the body. However, when a supposed Doctor chimed in and said that a vitamin is a vitamin I got a little upset. If you stop to think about it a doctor is trained to treat sickness and disease not to prevent it.

Use affirmations to take control of your situation

 

When you're facing situations and you start to feel anxious, use the following affirmation: Tell yourself …" my anxiety symptoms are temporary, and eventually they will diminish significantly and may well disappear altogether".

 

The sentence must become a regular part of your daily routine. Repeating it many times a day, every day, particularly in anxiety producing situations, it will help you remember that you market and are in control of your anxiety rather than your anxiety being in control you

The Symbiotic Diet and The Three Levels of Hunger

There are three levels of hunger they are:
  1. I am hungry or bored and I want to eat now
  2. Your body says "think about eating something real soon.
  3. You body says I NEED TO EAT NOW!!! I'm STARVING!
 Since being on The Symbiotic Diet I have found that there is a very real difference between hunger and starvation. Starvation is a physical state your bodies deprived of essential nutrients or calories over a long period of time. Probably no one reading this article is ever been truly starving but sometimes we think that we are starving.

Eating when you're hungry as become a habit in our culture. We get hungry, we eat. We get hungry again, we eat again. It's an endless cycle that has been programmed in us from when we were infants.

I'm not saying don't eat when you're hungry I'm saying that if you're losing or maintaining weight it is important for you to think twice before you eat from simple hunger or from other reasons, like emotion. When you do get the urge to eat, you should choose something like a piece of fruit, a carrot, a stalk of celery or a few pieces of broccoli or cauliflower. If you don't like those things have a handful of nuts and if you're still hungry have more nuts. You can also eat fruit, like mangoes or bananas, cherry tomatoes, blueberries, strawberries or even an Apple. You can even have a small salad with a light dressing if you want. Believe it or not these things will fill you up because they're high in fiber and don't have the refined flours and sugar so you're much more likely not to gain weight if you eat this way.

I have to tell you that I have been on the symbiotic diet pills for about a month now and they have worked phenomenally well for me. I've lost more than 12 pounds in 30 days. Determining Your Risk for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's

I just read this the other day so I thought that I would pass it along to all of you.

The key to determining your risk for Alzheimer's and Parkinson's could be in your nose. In a recent study, adults who had trouble identifying the scent of lemons, cinnamon or other similar items were five times more likely to develop Parkinson's disease than those with more sensitive noses.

The researchers believe that the area of the brain responsible for olfactory function may be one of the first affected by Parkinson's. In a separate study, researchers noticed a link between development of brain plaques involved in Alzheimer's disease and a fading sense of smell.

I just thought  that this was an interesting tid bit since I think all of us wonder about these things especially as we get older.

The Proven Formula To Recruit New Distributors Easily: Part 2

Yesterday I told you that in my next post I would tell you about a proven formula to recruit new prospects into your livethesource and The Symbiotic Diet business faster than you ever though possible.

This is not theory. This is a proven method used by 10s of thousands of people all over the world and it has been around for at least 20+ years because that is when it was introduced to me.

Lets say you are at one of your kids baseball games and you are standing next to a person that you want to approach. First say something simple like "which one of the kids playing is yours?" they will respond with a variety of possible answers but that is not what is important. The conversation has started and now YOU LISTEN to the answers that they give you.

Then you continue to ask questions by what we call F O R M-ing them. People love to talk about themselves, their accomplishments, there family and even their troubles. However in todays fast paced world they hardly have anyone who even remotely cares what is happening in their life. So if you give someone the opportunity, they will talk if you will listen. You need to really take a genuine interest in what the other person is saying.

OK, now here is where F O R M comes into play because it gives you an easy way to keep them talking about themselves.

F stands for FAMILY  ask questions about their family. Examples: So how many kids do you have? What are there ages?
   Are you married? When they answer these type of questions, then you ask more questions from the answers they gave you.

   I know that you are probably thinking. People won't talk to me like this! Well they do and I do this every single day. So you can either make        excuses or make money. I chose to do this and make money :o)

O stands for OCCUPATION  ask questions about what they do and how long have they been there, do they like what they are doing, how did you get involved with that line of work etc: the answers to these questions will tell you a lot as far as possible interest in your Livethesource or The Symbiotic Diet opportunity, So LISTEN!

R stands for RECREATION  ask them questions about what they like to do for FUN during their leisure time. Do they get to do that activity as much as they want. What would they do if they didn't have to work etc:

M stands for MESSAGE, this part is where you give your message about Livethesource and The Symbiotic Diet or the vitamin D-3 booster you may not even want to mention the products at that point but just give them a taste of what you have and have them ask you questions.

I will usually say something like, I work with a company that deals with Nano technology to help resolve health related issues. Then I SHUT UP. Their curiosity always gets the best of them and then they ask me more about it.


Then I give them a little more very general information and then I change the subject. They almost always change the subject back to what I do.

These last steps are very important because now they are pursuing you instead of you pursuing them.

Most of the time it works like this:
Joe distributor meets a prospect at a ball game and after chit chatting Joe distributor trys to persuade them to come to a meeting or to let him come over so he can show them his super duper products. Most prospects will run from that approach...wouldn't you?
