This video doesn't have a lot to do with getting your kids to eat healthy and it really doesn't deal with vitamins either. This video actually reminds me of a show with Art Linkletter that was called kids say the darnedest things.
Bill Cosby actually did a version of the show later in his career and it was just as funny. With all that said I posted this because it's worth a watch and it will make you laugh. We all need to laugh every day and that in itself will help keep you healthy ( in my opinion ) :o)
